Scope

This test will detect the following genes associated with resistance to carbapenems:

KPC, NDM, VIM, IMP, OXA

Note that certain allelic variants (versions) of these genes may not be detectable by this test.

Specimen Identification Label container with patient’s first name, last name and DOB include date and time of collection.
