Our residents and fellows learn from a diverse team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and physician educators across Northern Nevada's leading academic, community, veteran, public, and specialty mental health settings. Together, our faculty bring expertise in adult psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, consultation-liaison psychiatry, psychotherapy, forensic psychiatry, public and community mental health, and the care of rural and underserved populations.
More than expert clinicians, our faculty are dedicated mentors who provide individualized supervision, innovative didactic education, and hands-on clinical teaching throughout every stage of training. Through these collaborative partnerships, residents and fellows gain broad clinical experiences, meaningful mentorship, and the skills needed to care for diverse patient populations while preparing for successful careers in psychiatry.
